Generally everyone like to eat items with eggs because they can
be prepared easily,they are tastier and strengthy
food also. Egg bhurji is one item which can be prepared quickly.
Ingredients :
Eggs – 3 |
Onions – 2 |
Green chilies – 3 |
Tomato - 1 |
Oil – 3 to 4 teaspoons |
Salt – 2 teaspoons |
Cumin and mustard seeds – a pinch |
Curry leaves – few |
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch |
Procedure :
Cut onions, green chilies and tomato into small pieces and
keep aside.
Then take one frying pan add oil,after it becomes hot add curry
leaves, cumin and mustard seeds and fry them. Then add onion and green chilly
pieces and fry.
After frying them add tomato pieces and fry until they become
soft.
Then break the eggs add into the
pan and add salt.
Mix well until everything get fried.
Now the dish is ready. It
can be served with chapattis or purees or can be taken with rice.
